About mypod.me

Although iPhone was released in June of 2007, we didn’t get iPhones in Australia until 11 July 2008, with the introduction of iPhone 3G. I duly bought myself one and played around with it. I had an iPod Touch, so I could fully explore the possibilities of a pocket-sized BSD system. On 1 August 2008, I ran Pwnage on my iPhone, jailbroke it, and began to explore ways to make it more useful.

This blog presents some running documentation of those investigations, along with my other thoughts about what it means to live and work in a world of pervasive wireless broadband.
